If you know me, you know how much I love baking. It’s been a source of comfort during stressful times, a love language that I get to share with my friends and family, and my creative outlet. Baking is also how I learned about making custard, which led me to the question: what if I started freezing this?

In 2022, I bought my first ice cream maker, and using recipes from Jeni’s, I embarked on a journey of all things ice cream. Having experimented with different flavors, infusing cocktails and coffees, and incorporated baking projects, I felt ready to take the next leap this year: Pleasant House Ice Cream.

In the spirit of making and cream and bringing ice cream to people, I’ve focused my custard habit into a treat for all to enjoy. I’ll make ice cream for friends, family, holidays, strangers… enemies… falls of civilization… you get it, I’m making ice cream.
